You’ll find buttons for starting downloads, playing videos, or removing torrents right next to each entry. You can also check out how many peers are connected, along with your upload and download speeds and total file size.
Your downloads go straight into the Downloads folder by default, making it easy to find what you need later. While WebTorrent isn’t packed with features like some other clients, it does have some unique perks!
If you hit the Play button, you can watch videos directly from the app thanks to its built-in player! You can even stream videos to your Chromecast devices without much hassle—just a few clicks!
Keep in mind that since the app is still being developed, you might run into a few bugs here and there. We noticed during testing that the video player sometimes freezes when streaming to Chromecast.
