Description

Web Explorer

Web Explorer is a web browser that helps you connect to the vast world of information on the Internet. It’s almost like your daily go-to tool for surfing the web, right? But just having a cable isn’t enough; you need a browser to actually access all that content.

Easy Navigation with Web Explorer

You’ve likely noticed that Web Explorer has an upper toolbar. This handy feature includes an address field and navigation buttons, which make it super easy to move around. Plus, you can quickly search using Bing, Yahoo!, or Google with just one click!

Some Quirks About Usage

However, there are some quirks that could use improvement. For instance, after typing in a URL or search term, hitting “Return” doesn’t always work as expected. You’ll need to click the dedicated button instead. Also, when it comes to resizing the window, you can only take it full-screen or stick with a max resolution of 1280 x 720. This can be annoying if your desktop setup isn’t ideal.

Multi-Page Browsing Options

If you're someone who likes visiting multiple pages at once, good news! Web Explorer allows you to open multiple instances of itself since it lacks tab support. Just keep in mind that this might slow down your computer since it can use up quite a bit of system resources.

Bookmarking and Home Page Features

You also have some tools available like setting a home page and organizing bookmarks. The home page feature works great! However, when it comes to bookmarks, things aren’t so smooth—right now you can only delete them; there’s no button for adding new ones!

Final Thoughts on Web Explorer

Overall, while Web Explorer does have potential, it still has a lot to learn from bigger browsers out there in terms of features and functionality. Some tools don't work as well as they should and the design leaves something to be desired—plus it's pretty resource-heavy for what it offers in return.
