By using WaveSorter you will be able to sort neural action potentials and almost any kind of data, especially time-series data.
WaveSorter enables its users to select a coefficient or sample from several transforms and plot them to either axis of a 2D histogram.
WaveSorter is also compatible with NEV (Neuroshare), APM (FHC), PLX (Plexon), M (REX/MEX) file formats, and ASCII text.
