TXTcrypt is a very straightforward macOS application designed to encrypt plain text into a series of characters and decrypt it quickly and effortlessly. This handy tool operates by simply inputting the text you wish to encrypt, setting a password, and clicking the Encrypt button.

You can easily share the encrypted code, which can be copied to your clipboard, along with the password to another Mac user who has TXTcrypt installed. They can then effortlessly receive your encrypted message, making secure communication a breeze.

TXTcrypt is ideal for encrypting SMS messages, emails, private notes, and other moderately important information. The encryption method used is RC4, supporting keys of up to 64 bits, depending on the length of your password.
