If there's an app you'd like to adjust, just navigate to it or use the crosshair mode to select the window. Once you’ve picked your target application, set its transparency level by dragging that slider or typing in a number in the box.

If you're feeling adventurous, check out the “Settings” section. Here, you can turn off the app's tray icon, make TransWin start up with your computer, and even enable a “super-transparency” mode! Plus, configure hotkeys and set a password if you want extra security.
