The great thing about Time Limit Manager (TLM) is that it's a mature product, which means it’s been tried and tested. It can help you implement all sorts of usage policies without much effort from the admins. User-Friendly Entry Screen

When you have TLM installed, each computer shows an inviting entry screen featuring your organization’s own usage policy statement. This screen locks the computer until someone enters a valid PIN and agrees to the policy. Pretty cool, right?

Reservation Tickets for Easy Access

The valid PINs are given out using reservation tickets, which you can print quickly and easily. These tickets can be customized with your time limit policy, making them perfect whether you're dealing with just one public computer or a whole network of thousands!

Remote Monitoring Made Simple

TLM also lets librarians keep an eye on all the public access computers from their own devices! You’ll see which computers are in use, idle, or offline. Plus, librarians can check screen shots, end sessions if needed, and send reminders to patrons about proper use.

Countdown Timer for Users

TLM has an unobtrusive countdown timer displayed on each computer so patrons know how much time they have left before their programs automatically close. Before the session ends, they get clear on-screen notices letting them know time is almost up!
