TesserCap is a cool app that you can use to test and tweak CAPTCHA designs. It’s packed with tons of tools and features, plus it has a really user-friendly interface that makes navigating the app a breeze.

Easy-to-Use Interface

The GUI is simple to understand, with all the sections neatly laid out in tabs at the top of your screen. If you ever get stuck, don’t worry! There are detailed instructions available that can help guide you through using the app.

Loading Images

To start off, just grab the URL of the image you want to work with. You can load as many images as you'd like, but keep in mind you'll only be able to edit one at a time. The app will show you stats for each batch of images you upload, and it lets you customize options based on your preferences.

Customizing Settings

The default OCR engine used here is Tesseract. You have control over the character set too! Choose between upper or lower case letters, numbers, or even special characters. There’s also an option to adjust proxy settings and pick a proxy port if needed.

Color Adjustments

If you're looking to spice up those images, TesserCap allows you to invert colors or select red, green, or blue tones. Want more control? You can adjust colors by tone and even apply gray scaling with cutoff settings and greyscale buckets!

Smoothing Images

You can fine-tune values for smoother or sharper images and chop parts of pictures if that’s what you're after. Once you've made your changes, just test them out to see if your CAPTCHA file works as intended!
