When you open the app, you’ll see an empty database waiting for you. Most of the screen is set up as a preview area where you can see your contacts clearly, and all the buttons are neatly organized in the upper toolbar with easy-to-understand icons.

No Direct Mobile Link

Now, here’s a little heads-up: Telephone Bank doesn’t connect directly to your mobile phone. That means you can't pull contacts straight from your device to back them up. But if you've already saved your contacts as a TXT or CSV file, bringing them into the app is super simple! Plus, you can export your data in those formats too.

Add Contacts Quickly

Adding new contacts is straightforward. You just click on a new entry window and fill in the basics like names and phone numbers. There aren’t any complicated fields; all you need are names, home numbers, mobile numbers, and maybe some comments if you want. The best part? You don’t have to fill everything out—only add what you know!

Edit and Organize Your Contacts

If you need to change something about an existing contact, just click on it! An edit panel pops up where you can update details easily. You can also filter through contacts using column headers. However, keep in mind that there isn’t a search option available right now, which could make finding specific entries tricky if you've got a lot saved.
