tasksQ

tasksQ is a cool app made with the Electron framework for team collaboration. It’s super easy to connect with your coworkers or friends using a free account. You can kick off multiple projects, create and assign tasks, set due dates, and even chat through an internal messenger!

Quick Setup for Everyone

Getting started with this application is a breeze! You won’t need any special tools or components. Just sign up for a free account using your email address and password—no email confirmation needed!

Creating Projects Made Easy

Now, it might take a little while for the main window to load all the graphics (we noticed it was a bit slow during our test). But once it’s up, you can jump right into creating your first project by adding tasks. Each task can have its own description, details, due date (if you want), project folder, and who it's assigned to.

Edit Tasks Anytime

You can create as many tasks as you like! Plus, later on, you can edit their details or mark them as completed. There are filters that let you see only new tasks, those in progress, paused ones, completed tasks, or cancelled ones.

Easily Invite Others

If you want to bring others on board, sending invitations via email is simple. For each contact you add, you can include their first name, last name, and even an optional phone number. All your projects are neatly organized in one area where you can view all related tasks and team members.

Chatting Made Fun

The internal chat system sends messages instantly and even supports GIFs! While there’s also a button for file attachments visible in the chat area, it hasn’t been implemented yet.

Thanks to its clear interface and easy options, tasksQ offers an elegant way to manage your tasks without getting lost in complicated features. We found it worked smoothly on Windows 10 during our tests!
