TaskList Management is a handy app that helps you plan out your day's activities. By breaking things down step by step, you can see what's coming up and get more done. Sounds good, right?
The main window of TaskList Management might look a bit rough at first. You might need to play around a little before you figure out how to add a new task. To do this, all you have to do is enter the task title and subject. Once you've done that, the Add Task button lights up!
Now, one thing to keep in mind is that there aren't many options for customization here. You can't change the text font, color, or size. You also can't add tags or custom icons to your tasks. If you want to highlight important tasks, your best bet is to put them in the Critical category.
If there's something super urgent on your list, make sure to throw it into the Warning category so it doesn't slip your mind.
The icon for marking a task as finished isn't super clear, but once you click it, that task moves straight into the Succeeded Tasks section! This keeps your to-do list fresh and lets you focus on what's next.
A downside is that seeing your desktop background while working might be a bit distracting. Plus, there's no way to tweak the opacity of the main window or change its default theme colors.
