TaskElf is a super easy-to-use software that helps you keep track of all your office or home tasks. Whether you’ve got a big project or just a few things to do, this app makes it simple to see what’s on your plate and how far along you are with each task.

User-Friendly Interface

The first thing you’ll notice about TaskElf is its clear and clean design. The user-friendly GUI has just the right amount of buttons and tabs, so it doesn’t feel crowded. Most of what you need can be found in easy-to-navigate context menus.

Main Window Layout

When you open the program, you'll see three panels. The first panel shows your working folders, the second lists the tasks in the chosen folder, and at the bottom, you can view all the details for each task.

Getting Started with TaskElf

You can kick things off by using the ‘Inbox’ directory. This is where you can dump all your tasks until you're comfortable organizing them into different categories. This way, it’s easier to separate unrelated entries!

Create New Directories Easily

If you want to create a new working directory, just right-click in the ‘Desktop’ panel and choose either ‘Folder’ or ‘Project’. From there, adding tasks is simple! You only need to fill in a title at first—easy peasy!

Add Details Later

Once you've got a title down, you can go back later to add more info using the text editor at the bottom. You can also change things like ‘Status’, who it's ‘Assigned To’, set its ‘Priority’, and even update its ‘Progress’ percentage. There’s also space for setting personal 'Goals', jotting down 'Notes', 'Ideas', 'Questions', and making Lists.
