Description:

TAdvComboBox is a Delphi component that enables you to create enhanced combo boxes. With this library, you can design etched or simple flat combo drop-down buttons and customize your project by modifying the focus border, focus border color, and focus color. You can even create a borderless combo box display and attach labels.

Drop-down menus offer benefits in various scenarios but can be inconvenient in certain situations like when implemented into worksheet cells. They are dependent on the cell's width, requiring adjustments or cell merging for desired outputs. Unlike drop-down menus, a drop-down list is independent of any element's size.

Another advantage is that data selected from a drop-down menu does not have to be saved to the cell. Simply displaying the selected item without storing any data eliminates the need to save entries in corresponding cells.
