The setup process is really quick and simple. Once it's ready, you can launch the program and start practicing right away, as long as you've got your drum kit nearby.

Choose Your Rudiments

When you open Solid Beat Free Edition, you'll see a main window that lets you pick which rudiment to work on from a side panel. You can even listen to the rudiment while you're choosing it!

Color-Coded Beats for Easy Learning

This program makes it easy to keep track of your hits. The right stick hits are marked with a red 'R', while left stick beats show up as a black 'L'. This way, you can quickly tell them apart and gradually get better.

Diverse Rudiments to Practice

You’ll find eight different ‘Single Beats’ along with two ‘Triplets’, two ‘Single Beat Rolls’, and two ‘Flam Beats’. It starts off easy but gets more challenging so you can improve your skills.

Adjust Your Tempo

You can set the tempo based on how comfortable you feel. Hit the 'Play' button whenever you're ready! If you'd rather not hear the software sounds, there’s an option to turn off sound. This helps you focus more on what you're playing.
