Easy Recipe Management
This app is user-friendly and packed with features. The layout is simple to navigate, with a record viewer and search bar on the left side. You’ll also find a detailed view and an editor right next to it. Plus, there's a meal planner at the bottom that you can hide if you want more space.
Import Your Old Recipes
If you've used other similar programs before, no worries! You can import any existing files saved in MMF or MX2 formats by browsing through their location on your computer.
No Multiple Databases
Just keep in mind that this tool doesn’t allow for multiple individual databases. But it does come with some default recipes that you can easily edit, delete, or print whenever you need them.
Add Your Own Recipes
You can add your own records too! When you do, a new window pops up with four tabs: recipe, details, photos, and capture. In the first tab, just name your dish and jot down a short description along with ingredients and notes. The second tab asks for more detailed info like where the recipe came from (like a website or an author), how many servings it makes, and cooking times.
Visuals Are Key
You can even add pictures to show each step of the cooking process or just share how delicious the final dish looks! All the information you enter will show up in the capture section where you can highlight each part with different colors. It supports several image formats like GIF, JPEG, JPG, and BMP.
Plan Meals Easily
A cool feature is the meal planner for specific days using an integrated calendar. This way, you can organize family gatherings around special dishes!
Personalize Your Experience
The Options menu lets you choose from various themes to customize how the app looks or even design something unique yourself! You can pick ingredient units that match your country’s system (like cups or tablespoons) and modify them if needed.
