Description:


slsnif is a serial line sniffer designed for Linux. It effectively listens to the specified serial port, capturing and logging all data passing through it. This tool works seamlessly with both the connected device and its controlling software by creating a pseudo tty (pty) that is linked to the actual serial port.

  • Use Unix98 ptys instead of BSD ptys (optional, defaults to BSD style)

  • Secondary serial port for data logging
