SemGen is an application that can be used to automate the modular consumption and decomposition of biosimulation models.
SemGen can also be used to facilitate the construction of models and the execution of reusable sub-models from larger ones.
It is developed using the Java programming language and can be run on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
