Seafile Client For Linux

Seafile Client is a freely distributed and multi-platform software that provides a cloud storage client and server with advanced features on privacy protection, file syncing, and remote collaboration. Seafile brings a web-based, personal workspace that lets anyone easily create file libraries and organize them as they see fit. Moreover, Seafile enables users to create a group workspace for their team, exchange ideas, preview files in real-time, and synchronize files with mobile devices and portable computers.

Installation:

After installation, run Seafile Client from the Unity Dash. Choose the location where the Seafile folder will be created and enter the location of the Seafile Server along with login credentials (email address and password) to start syncing files to other devices.

Compatibility:

Seafile Client is supported on GNU/Linux, Android, Windows, Mac OS X, and iOS operating systems for both 32-bit and 64-bit hardware architectures. The application is distributed as pre-built binaries in the DEB file format for Ubuntu Linux and its derivatives. A Seafile terminal client is also available for other GNU/Linux systems.
