Scaled Resolution Editor or, in short, SRE, is a simple application designed to help you modify the list of resolutions that are available to use, as allowed by your graphics driver. In other words, you can use it to add or delete GPU-scaled resolutions from the default list.

System Requirements:

The main window of the application displays a drop-down list containing all available GPUs, with the first active one automatically selected. The resolution list is also visible, showing highlighted entries added by the graphics driver.

Customization Options:

• Delete or add resolutions manually


• Import resolution lists as plain text files


• Changes reflected in system registry

Any modifications made through Scaled Resolution Editor require a system reboot for the changes to take effect. The tool also includes a "Default" button to revert any changes made, ensuring you can easily undo any unwanted modifications.

Cautionary Note:

Due to the application's nature and its interaction with the GPU's default resolutions, it is recommended for users with a good understanding of its functionality. While simple to use, it is not intended for inexperienced individuals.

For users concerned about an upgrade resetting their custom resolutions, Scaled Resolution Editor allows for the export of the custom resolution list to facilitate easy re-importation at a later time.
