Sailboat Championship also comes with 3 additional playing modes: you can control either an airplane or a jet ski. In Airplane Run mode your task is to fly the plane around the map and collect all the scattered stars.

If you choose to play with the jet ski, Sailboat Championship provides two types of missions: you can race against other players in a more fast-paced manner, or you can participate in a rescue mission. In the latter, survivors from an airplane crash are scattered around the bay and you must take them out of the water.
