This software is lightweight and user-friendly, making it easy to get started. Even though its interface might feel a bit old-school, it’s organized in a way that won’t confuse you. You can jump right into designing from the main window by using any of the five managers: Car, Chassis, Battery, Motor, and ESC.

Focus on 1/10 Scale Sedans

If you take a look at the car manager function, you’ll see that RC Crew Chief is mainly geared toward 1/10 scale sedans. But don’t worry! The physics for 4WD cars work just as well for any RC vehicle with independent suspensions.

This tool gives you loads of options for building your custom chassis. You can adjust things like camber, tire width, ride height, tire diameter, track width, and droop for both front and rear suspensions. It’s pretty cool!
