Description

Quit Keeper

Quit Keeper is a handy little software that helps you track how much time, money, and other important stuff you've saved since you kicked the smoking habit. It’s designed to keep you motivated by showing your progress in a fun way!

Set Up Your Profile

When you first start using Quit Keeper, you'll get to set up some personal info. You can enter your name and share details like how many cigarettes you used to smoke each day, how many are in a pack or carton, the cost of a pack, and when exactly you quit. This info helps the app give you accurate stats.

Your Progress Stats

Once you've entered your details, the program works its magic! It shows you how long it’s been since you quit — whether that’s years, months, weeks, days, hours, minutes, or seconds. Plus, it calculates how much money you've saved and even gives an estimate of the life you've saved by not smoking!

Milestones & Friends' Progress

This software also lets you keep track of personal milestones. You can note when your friends stopped smoking too! And if you're ever in need to share those stats quickly with someone else? No problem! You can copy the stats right to your clipboard for easy pasting into other programs.

Custom Features

You can customize Quit Keeper even more! Set up how long it takes for each cigarette to add to your saved life stats and assign a hotkey for pasting those numbers elsewhere. It's all about making it work best for you!

Startup & Customization Options

The app can even run whenever Windows starts up! You can edit messages that show your quitting stats and preview them in a special panel. There's also an option to change colors for text and anniversaries — make it look just how you want!

A Few Drawbacks

But it’s not all sunshine with Quit Keeper. It hasn’t had updates in a while which makes some features feel outdated. For instance, if you quit smoking after 2000, adding entries on the built-in calendar won’t work anymore. Also, let’s be real; the interface could use some sprucing up.

The Bottom Line

Despite some flaws, Quit Keeper offers a simple way for people trying to quit smoking to record their journey—tracking just how long they've been smoke-free and all the cash they’ve saved along the way.
