QuickPersonnel is a user-friendly app made for HR folks. It helps you easily manage important info about different companies and their employees without breaking a sweat.
The app has a clean look with a neat menu on the left side. You can find extra details about each option on the right, which makes it super easy to know what everything does!
At the top, there are back and forward buttons that let you zip around quickly. You’ll also see home and logout options. When you first log in, just enter the username and password provided by the developer—it's at the bottom of the login pane (Admin for username and password).
You can add, edit, and manage lots of profiles with custom names, passwords, and permissions. It’s best to start by adding your companies since you'll need them later when adding employees.
To add a company, simply enter details like group name, initials, address, town or city, phone numbers, email address, website link, VAT number, starting vacation date, and financial year. You can even check holidays using the built-in calendar!
Adding an employee is straightforward too! Just fill in details like ID number, company name, surname, status (active or inactive), full name, national insurance number, gender, birthday, joined date along with their address and phone numbers. One downside? You can't add profile pictures yet.
You can easily add or remove fields from the standard list to fit your needs better. While you can compact or repair databases within QuickPersonnel; exporting or importing data isn’t possible.
All in all, QuickPersonnel is a solid tool designed mainly for HR teams to onboard new staff members and manage existing ones efficiently.
Go to the Softpas website, press the 'Downloads' button, and pick the app you want to download and install—easy and fast!
