Description
PSICS is a free, open-source and cross-platform utility that is capable of calculating the behavior of neurons based on stochastic nature of ion channel gating.
PSICS will enable you to view ion channels as kinetic schemes with one or several serial gating complexes.
Moreover, PSICS can read an input model, calculate it and then write the output from the command line.
Being developed using Java, PSICS is a cross-platform utility which can be used on any operating system that comes with Java support (e.g. Mac OS X, Windows, Linux).
