Project Reportcard is a handy tool for Project Managers. It helps them check how their projects are doing based on the standards set by their PMO (Project Management Office). Knowing what the organizational KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) will look like before a project update goes out can really help avoid issues and tackle real challenges.
Many PMs find it super useful to see their Project Reportcard before it gets shared with the PMO and management team. This way, they can make adjustments if needed. Plus, it helps the PMO ensure everything is in line with the company's standards.
The Project Reportcard is versatile! It supports master projects, projects based on enterprise templates, and even non-template projects. This means no matter how you structure your project, you can still get valuable insights.
This tool is built using VB.Net with Visual Studio Tools for Office (VSTO) and was developed in Microsoft Visual Studio 2008. It's installed as an Add-In for Microsoft Office Project Professional 2007. Just keep in mind that to use all its features, you'll need Microsoft Office Project Server 2007 and some custom enterprise fields.
