This tool is built using VB.Net with Visual Studio Tools for Office (VSTO) and was developed in Microsoft Visual Studio 2008. It's installed as an Add-In for Microsoft Office Project Professional 2007. Just keep in mind that to use all its features, you'll need Microsoft Office Project Server 2007 and some custom enterprise fields.
