Description

Priority Encoder (4:2 bits) is an easy to use simulation of a 4-bit priority encoder (also called a priority decoder).

This simulation presents a circuit that converts the 4-bit input into a binary representation.

Priority Encoder (4:2 bits) is developed using the Java programming language and can be run on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
