PRIDE Inspector is an open source and integrated desktop application for viewing and analyzing MS dataset (such as: PRIDE XML, mzML) as well as providing direct access to PRIDE public database.
PRIDE Inspector also allows PRIDE submitters and journal reviewers to download private PRIDE experiments and perform quality checks.
PRIDE Inspector is a cross-platform application that can run on all operating systems that come with support for the Java platform (e.g. Mac OS X, Linux, Windows).
