Description
pride-asap is a free, open-source and Java based library which gives the user annotations of identified spectra included in PRIDE.
The pride-asap utility can also be run as a GUI tool to annotate the spectra in PRIDE experiments and analyze the results and as a CLI based tool for processing multiple PRIDE experiments automatically.

Being developed using Java, pride-asap is a cross-platform tool that can be used on any operating system that comes with Java support (e.g. Mac OS X, Windows, Linux).
