Plexos is a BIM project management app that’s all about making resource and cost planning easier. With this tool, project managers can keep an eye on resources, tasks, budgets, and more—all in one place. It really helps streamline everything!

Easy Navigation with Plexos

The cool thing about Plexos is its multi-panel interface. You can get to your project schedule, BIM objects, properties, relationships, and costs with just one click! Plus, there's a ribbon-based toolbar that gives you extra tools to manage activities, create schedules, publish projects, customize views, and so much more.

Visualize Your Progress

Visualization is key in Plexos. The Gantt chart shows you what’s coming up next and what’s already been done. You can also use different types of charts and graphs to see your data from new angles. Want to keep track of upcoming activities? No problem! Use graph charts or calendars for that.

BIMServer.Center Support

Plexos fully supports BIMServer.Center, which allows users to connect to a server for loading BIM projects or linking models. Plus, it has an integrated IFC manager that opens IFC BIM models displaying detailed construction data. There's even support for budget databases and BC3 cost management!

Track Activities Like a Pro

One of the standout features of Plexos is its activity tracker and manager. This app can create complex schedules with many activities and sub-activities while managing recurring tasks and their relationships over time. So if there are delays? They’re much easier to handle!

A Packed Working Environment

The interface might feel a bit crowded at first glance—especially if you’re new to BIM tools—but for experienced users, having all options within reach is super helpful! Just a heads up though: while you can print data out from Plexos, it doesn’t offer any built-in reporting options. But don’t worry; you can export the entire project as either a Microsoft or Primavera P6 project.
