PhoneDeck is a super easy-to-use app that helps you add, organize, and manage all your personal and work-related contact info. Want to search for someone quickly? You got it! Need to dial or email them fast? No problem! Plus, you can easily import and export your data.

Organized Layout for Easy Use

The layout might feel a bit old-fashioned, but it’s organized nicely. On the left side, there’s a tree structure that shows your contacts. You’ll find a file list on the right and a menu packed with features up top. And don’t worry about losing your lists; you can export them in TXT, HTML, or CSV formats.

Easily Add Contacts

Adding a new contact is straightforward. Just fill out the fields like their full name, title, nickname, and category (like business or family). You can also jot down their phone numbers, email address, website, home and office addresses, city, country, birthdate, and even attach files!

No Custom Images Yet

A little downside: you can’t add custom images to help recognize people faster. But if you have multiple phone numbers for someone in their profile, you can pick which one to call—just make sure you've got a dial modem connected to your PC first!

Quick Access Features

You can add contacts to a quick list for dialing or emailing them faster. Plus, the app lets you lock or flag records so they’re easier to find later. Sorting by category is also an option! Want to customize how things look? You can hide empty fields or toolbars if that suits you better.

User-Friendly Settings

The general settings are flexible too! You can choose whether the app minimizes into the system tray or asks for confirmation before exiting. It even remembers recent records for you! Enjoy features like text wrapping in memos and customizing font types and sizes.
