PhoneCopy for Windows

PhoneCopy for Windows is a super handy app that helps you sync your contacts between two mobile phones and back them up. This way, if something goes wrong with your devices or you accidentally delete something, you can easily get it back! The whole syncing magic happens through a cloud service.

Simple Setup Process

You’ll find PhoneCopy chilling in your system tray. The first time you click on its icon, a setup wizard pops up to help you configure a few connection settings. Once you've got everything set up, clicking the icon again will kick off the syncing process right away!

Accessing Features

If you right-click on the icon, you'll see even more options for syncing contacts and SMS messages. You can also export your contacts or go directly to the folder where they’re stored.

User-Friendly Account Management

With PhoneCopy for Windows, it’s easy to enter your username and password for an existing account or set up a new one straight from the main window of the app. You can even choose how to save your contacts on your computer—either as vCard files or in the Windows Contacts format.

Syncing Options Galore

If you've got iTunes on your PC, you can also turn on SMS sync mode! Plus, you can set proxy settings, schedule automatic daily, weekly, or monthly syncs, and even have the app run when Windows starts. You'll get notifications when syncing is done and check for updates before starting!

Choose Your Sync Direction

This tool lets you pick how you want to sync: sending contacts from your device to the server or pulling them from the server to your device. There’s also an option to combine both modes so both sides have similar contact lists!

Track Your Sync Progress

After each sync session, you'll get a little popup showing how many contacts were uploaded or updated—super helpful!

Edit Contacts Online

You can even tweak things online! Edit contacts, sync with other devices, check out past changes, and restore any deleted data—all kept safe in an archive.
