Personal Trainer is a super handy app that helps you keep track of your workouts and plan your training schedule just the way you like it. Whether you're into cycling, running, inline skating, nordic skiing, or even backcountry skiing, this app has got you covered. And if you're into other fun activities like scuba diving, climbing, swimming, tennis, or snowboarding, Personal Trainer supports those too!
This app is set up on a four-week calendar. You can see your planned and completed workouts as colorful blocks that show different intensities. Plus, there are symbols for each sport to make things clearer. With the cool graphical analysis tools included in Personal Trainer, you can really dig into your training data. Create summaries and search through your records with ease.
If you use devices like Ciclosport (Ciclomaster Alti 414M or HAC4) or Polar S Series heart rate monitors (like S710i), you can easily import files into the app!
You'll need a Pentium processor greater than 133MHz and at least 16MB RAM to run Personal Trainer smoothly. A mouse is also required to navigate through the app easily.
The first time you install Your New Workout Buddy!, it runs in demonstration mode which only allows for 15 records. So just keep that in mind when starting out!
