One little downside is that you can't add this secure delete option to the main context menu, but there’s always an alternative.

Drag and Drop Convenience

If right-clicking isn’t your thing, no worries! Just drag and drop any files or folders onto the app's desktop shortcut to erase them. You’ll see a confirmation pop-up first, so there’s no chance of deleting something by mistake.

Sleek User Interface

The user interface of Permadelete is pretty straightforward and minimalistic. You can easily delete items just by dropping them into the program window. However, we noticed that most users might find the main GUI kind of unnecessary since using drag-and-drop is way quicker.

A Few Things Could Be Better

It would be awesome if there were different themes available because let’s face it—the default color scheme isn’t everyone’s cup of tea! Plus, since confirmation dialogs pop up whenever you delete a file, it would be nice for those to match your current Windows theme.
