pCleaner is a handy little tool that's super easy to use. It helps you clean up traces from your computer and even frees up some space while doing it! If you're using it for the first time, don’t worry! You’ll figure it out in no time.
Simple Setup and User-Friendly Interface
Once you get through the quick setup, which is pretty straightforward, you’ll see a simple window layout. Here, you can easily pick what you want to clear out. It’s all laid out nicely so you won’t feel lost.
What Does pCleaner Clean?
So, what can pCleaner help with? It covers a lot of ground! You can clean up traces from Real Player, Media Player, recent documents, and even the Recycle Bin. Plus, it takes care of Internet Explorer history along with address bar entries, autocomplete formats, usernames, and passwords.
Custom Settings for Your Convenience
If you find certain selections work best for you, there’s an option to save those as defaults for future cleaning sessions. In the Settings panel, you can also make pCleaner automatically clear selected areas before Windows shuts down. You can save options on exit and even set it to run at system startup. Plus, it sits quietly in your system tray so it's not in your way!
Performance that Won't Slow You Down
The cool thing about pCleaner is that it doesn’t use too much CPU or RAM. This means it won't slow down your computer while it's working its magic! It’s got a nice quick response time and finishes cleaning up fast. We didn’t run into any issues during our tests; the tool didn’t freeze or crash on us at all!
A Note About Updates
Just a heads-up though: pCleaner hasn’t seen an update in quite a while.
