Description
Pathoscope is an application created to process and analyze multiple strains of genomes and predict which ones belong there.
Pathoscope uses the expectation and maximization algorithm in order to reassign genome mapping.
It provides support for sam / BLAST input files and generates reports that you can open in Excel.
NOTE: To run Pathoscope on your Mac you will have to open a Terminal window and, after navigating to the game's folder, issue this command from the command line:
python Pathoscope.py
