Pastèque Server is the server version of the open source point-of-sale application previously known as POS-Tech.
Pastèque Desktop supports touchscreen devices, both desktop and mobile (tablet). It is a fork of the Openbravo POS project.
Being written in Java, Pastèque Server is a cross-platform application that supports Linux, Mac OS X and Windows operating systems.
