Pastèque Desktop (formerly POS-Tech) is an open source point-of-sale program that supports touchscreen devices, both desktop and mobile (tablet). It is a fork of the Openbravo POS project.
POS-Tech is easy to learn, easy to backup, customizable, extensible, cloud ready, and compatible with generic cashing hardware, as well as tactile tablets.
Being written in Java, POS-Tech is a cross-platform application that supports Linux, Mac OS X and Windows operating systems.
