You can encrypt any type of file easily! Just right-click on it and choose the option from the menu. The file will change into a PPZ extension document that can only be opened if you have Paporize SecureViewer running in the background.

Control Who Accesses Your Files

You get to decide who works with your encrypted files too! By selecting ‘Manage Permissions’ when you right-click on the PPZ file, a browser window opens up (just a heads-up: avoid using Internet Explorer here). From there, go to the ‘Documents’ tab to set restrictions for reading, editing, saving, printing, or copying for specific people based on their email addresses.
