Paperless Printer is a super handy app that lets you create different types of files like PDF, HTML, DOC, XLS, JPEG, or BMP from any program that has a print option. Even though this app isn’t supported anymore and you can’t buy it, you can still download it from Softpedia and use it with some limitations.

Create Files Easily

This application is really easy to set up. It won’t take much time or effort at all! Once you're done installing it, just go to the "Print" option in your program to get started.

Choose Your Format

The first step lets you choose what format you want to save your file in. You can even set a default format for future tasks if you'd like. Then, you'll need to pick where to save the file and give it a name.

Email and FTP Options

After you've created your file, Paperless Printer can open the file or folder right away. It also lets you send the new file via email or upload it through FTP easily!

Edit Your Documents

You have plenty of editing options too! You can change the document's title, subject, author info, and keywords. Plus, you can add shapes and images or adjust settings for how the output looks (like choosing between BMP or JPEG). You even have control over pixel quality and can password-protect your files!

User Preferences

If that wasn’t enough, there are options for how documents look when opened—like hiding toolbars or picking page layout styles. You can also make slideshows with cool transition effects!

This app runs smoothly without slowing down your computer too much. It's fast at converting files and works well on newer operating systems—even though it's been a while since it got an update. During our tests, we didn’t see any error messages; everything worked just fine! Overall, Paperless Printer is a straightforward tool for creating various file types from anything printable.
