Installation Process:

To install Orchestra on your LINUX system, follow these simple steps:

1. Unzip the orchestra-axis distribution package by running: unzip orchestra-4.0.10.zip


2. A new directory named orchestra-4.0.10 will be created, containing an ant file to aid in the installation and initiation of Orchestra.


3. Note: Orchestra runs on the Apache Tomcat servlet container, with Tomcat 5.5.25 included in the Orchestra Package.


4. Go to the orchestra directory and execute the install command by running: cd orchestra-4.0.10 followed by ant install


5. The install script will set up Tomcat and Nova Orchestra, activating persistence using the HSQL Database by default.


6. If your network uses a proxy, make sure to update the conf/conf.properties file with the proxy host, port, and non-proxy hosts information. Then run ant configure in the installation directory.
