What is NewsFeed FOR MAC?

NewsFeed

NewsFeed is a cool cross-platform news reader that works on Mac OS X, FreeBSD, Linux, and even Windows. So no matter what system you're using, you can keep up with the news!

What Makes NewsFeed Special?

Built using Python and Mark Pilgrim's Universal Feed Parser, NewsFeed makes downloading and reading feeds super easy. It's designed to be simple to set up and use—kind of like a version of NetNewsWire Lite, but it doesn't have quite the same fancy look. The best part? It only needs Tk to run—no extra libraries are needed!

User-Friendly Features

This app is packed with handy keyboard shortcuts for all your favorite actions. For example, you can quickly cycle through new items by hitting the Space key. If you want to mark everything in a feed as read, just press m. And if you want to open an item in your browser, hit o or just press Return.
