Description
mtvcgui is a very simple graphical user interface (GUI) for mencoder, that acts as TV capture software. It is written in Python with qt4 libraries, using qtdesigner and PyQt4.
It allows the user to specify various parameters for the mencoder command line utility using separate widgets, but non covered parameters can still be supplied as extra parameters.
Audio codec: mp3lame
Video codec: lavc with mpeg4
TV Filters:
pp=hb/vb/dr/al/lb
this will do deinterlacing and some other nice stuff
