Getting Started with Mobile Buddy

To get going with Mobile Buddy’s features, you'll need to install both the server app on your Mac and the Mouse Kit mobile app on your smartphone. Just make sure both devices are connected to the same LAN!

Simplified Interface

Once you start up the app, it runs in the background, and you'll see a small icon pop up in the OS X status bar. The interface is super simple—just one main window showing your server IP and port number.

Making Connections

For your mobile device to connect with your Mac, you also have to set up the Mouse Kit app manually. Just enter your Mac's IP address as the server and use that same port number displayed in Mobile Buddy’s window.
