The cool thing about Miku is that her music is open-sourced. This means anyone using Vocaloid software can jump in and add to her huge collection of songs!

Since Miku is such a pop icon, she doesn't just sing; she dances too! With MikuMikuDance (MMD), you can create your own dance videos featuring Hatsune Miku. It’s fun, but fair warning: this software has a bit of a learning curve. Unlike some other 3D dance apps, MMD has more joints in its skeletal wireframe than you'd find in a regular human model. This includes lots of joints for her long flowing hair and even her fingers!
