Message Encoder is an easy-to-use app dedicated to Windows 8, 8.1 and 10 users, which gives them the possibility to encode text messages in binary, decimal and hexadecimal format on the spot. It's particularly practical for Computer Science students just starting to know these encoding types.

This program is packed in a Modern UI app, so it has a very large window and big buttons that are hard to miss, making the entire process as straightforward as possible. It's also compatible with touch-supported devices.

At startup, the tool shows four empty boxes, which you can fill with content to perform conversions. Besides regular text (T box), Message Encoder offers support for Base 2 (or binary code, 01 box), Base 10 (or decimal, 10 box) and Base 16 (or hexadecimal, 16 box).

You can either type plain text and find out how it's translated into the three languages, or enter code in any of the three formats to find out its counterparts in the remaining languages.

The conversion is carried out in real time when typing text, but you have to click the Convert button when writing code. Any code can be quickly copied to the Clipboard with one click, and the Clipboard contents can be pasted in any box.

Aside from the fact that the developer has written some general information about binary, decimal and hexadecimal code, you can take a screenshot of everything and share with your friends using Twitter or another Modern UI app you have installed.
