Description
Message Encoder
Message Encoder is a super easy app made for folks using Windows 8, 8.1, and 10. This handy tool lets you encode text messages right into binary, decimal, and hexadecimal formats on the spot! It’s especially helpful for Computer Science students who are just starting to learn about these different encoding types.
User-Friendly Design
This program comes in a Modern UI format, which means it has a big window with large buttons that are hard to miss. This makes everything straightforward and simple. Plus, it works great on touch-supported devices!
How It Works
When you first open the app, you'll see four empty boxes waiting for your input. You can fill these boxes with text to perform conversions. Aside from regular text (the T box), Message Encoder supports Base 2 (binary code in the 01 box), Base 10 (decimal in the 10 box), and Base 16 (hexadecimal in the 16 box).
Real-Time Conversions
You can type plain text and see how it translates into those three formats or input code in any of those formats to get its translations in the others. The cool part? The conversion happens in real-time when you're typing! Just remember to hit the Convert button when you’re writing code.
Clipboard Convenience
If you need to copy any code, it's super easy—just click once! You can then paste it anywhere else you like.
Extra Features
The developer has even added some general info about binary, decimal, and hexadecimal codes for your reference. Plus, if you want to share your work with friends, you can take a screenshot and send it out via Twitter or any other Modern UI app on your device.
Conclusion
All in all, Message Encoder is a simple solution for converting text between regular, binary, decimal, and hexadecimal formats. It’s wrapped up in a user-friendly interface that’s perfect for everyone!
