Debugging Tools

One of the best features of MEKA is its powerful debugger along with various debugging and hacking tools.

A Team Effort

MEKA has come together thanks to the hard work of several talented folks:

  • Omar Cornut "Bock": The main guy behind MEKA. He worked on machine emulation, the graphical user interface, tools, and more!

  • Hiromitsu Shioya "Hiro-shi": He created the original sound engine years ago. His work still shines in MEKA's sound structure!

  • Marat Fayzullin "Rst38h": He wrote a Z80 CPU core used in MEKA. Omar added some fixes over time.

  • Maxim: Contributed research on SN-76496 PSG which improved how sound works in MEKA.

  • Mitsutaka Okazaki: Created a digital YM-2413 emulator that’s part of MEKA now!

  • Ulrich Cordes: Developed a FDC-765 emulator for floppy disk control in SF-7000 emulation.

Easily Accessible

You can download MEKA for free! It comes as a ZIP file with everything you need to get started. If you enjoy using it, any contributions are super appreciated! They help improve both MEKA, and SMS Power! projects.
