The program lets you connect to your Google account through an in-app browser window. Once you've added an event with its name, URL, and description, launching your meeting is just a click away! If it's your first time connecting with Google or Zoom through MeetingAssistant, you'll need to log in first.

Troubleshooting Zoom Calls

If you're trying to join a Zoom call from MeetingAssistant and see an error message saying you can't access the conference through the app, don’t worry! Just click on 'Access in browser' at the bottom of the screen—it'll let you continue right within MeetingAssistant's interface.

A Useful Tool for Busy Schedules
