Mail Pilot is a super sleek email client designed just for macOS. It combines great looks with easy-to-use features, making your email experience smooth and simple. Unlike those traditional email clients that can be a bit of a headache with their flags and complicated settings, Mail Pilot takes a more straightforward approach.

Organize Your Emails Easily

This app lets you send emails from all your accounts and sort them into special folders. Whether you’re using GMail, iCloud, AOL, Yahoo!, Outlook, or standard IMAP accounts, Mail Pilot has got you covered! You can keep everything neat and tidy across all your accounts.

What’s Not Supported?

But here’s the catch: right now, it doesn’t work with Exchange or POP accounts unless they have IMAP enabled. Also, due to some security reasons, you can't add email accounts hosted on SMTP servers that don’t support authentication.

Key Features to Tackle Your Inbox

Mail Pilot packs in four main features to help manage your inbox: you can mark emails as “Complete” which moves them to an Archive folder across all accounts; set emails aside for later review; create reminders for tasks mentioned in emails; and send emails to different lists. Plus, moving emails into existing or new folders is super easy!

User-Friendly Interface

The interface is very intuitive! You can use single keys like Space, S, R, L, and F to perform actions or simply click the buttons below each message. After sorting your messages into categories, you can find them quickly through tabs above the message pane or via the sources tab just below your accounts.

Replying Made Simple

You’ll love the reply panes that pop up under each email—just hit CMD + R or find it in the menu! And if you need to write a new message? No worries! You can do that from a separate window where standard editing options are at your fingertips. Don’t forget about adding attachments and links too!

A Work in Progress

Even though Mail Pilot is still being developed and has some catching up to do compared to Apple’s default client or other major email apps out there—it shows so much promise! Sure, it needs more layouts and better message filtering along with support for more account types. But right now? It offers a fresh take on managing your emails efficiently!
