MAC Changer GUI is a handy tool that lets you display and change your MAC address. You can switch it to a value you pick or let the software generate a random one for you. Pretty cool, right?
Compatibility
This software was created using Kommander 1.3.0, so if you're using an older version, it might not work as smoothly. Just a heads-up!
How to Run It
You’ll need to have kdialog installed, and you'll need to run the program with the kdesu command. Here’s how you do it:
kdesu kmdr-executor /home/someDIR/mac.kmdrSafety First!
This script runs with root privileges, so it's smart to check it out for any harmful code before running it. But don’t worry—there's nothing in there that should mess up your computer! Plus, if you forget what MAC address you set, just rebooting will restore your original one.
