Getting Started with Kromatik

As soon as you open the app, it prompts you to either start a new color set project (that’s a .kmk file created with Kromatik) or load an existing Android XML color document. If you're starting fresh, you'll see the main window without any preset colors.

Creating Your Own Colors

Want to add a new color? Just hit the Plus sign! You can name your color and enter its RGB values (0-10 for Red, Green, Blue) and adjust the HSB values too. Once you've done that, you'll see the HTML and RGB codes pop up right away!

Real-Time Color Preview

The coolest part? You get to preview your colors in real-time! As soon as you tweak those numbers, the updated color appears on the left side of your screen.

Exporting Your Color Sets

Kromatik makes exporting your projects super simple! You can save them in two formats: Android XML or HTML. And if you click on a color, you can copy its values straight to your clipboard—perfect for using in Xcode or wherever else you need it.
